Gratitude letters

We started off by writing a gratitude letter to someone we care about. Now that we have all gone through quite an experience self-isolating at home, online schooling, physical distancing from others and much more, it is time to write another letter.

Write a letter to show how much you appreciate someone in your life. Maybe it is a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling, family friend, friend, pet, or someone else that has helped you during this pandemic so far. Maybe it is someone who you feel needs a little extra love and encouragement. We all feel good when we receive a personalized letter. Let that person know what you are grateful for. If you can't see them, send them an email or write it out and read it over the phone to them.
