1. Here is an introduction to basic breathing exercises or a review of the foundations of breathing (length 13:44).

1. Join Deepika Mehta in this Half primary series of Ashtanga yoga. This 58 minute practice is excellent especially if you do not have the time for the full primary series (length 58:06).
2. Here is a morning Vinyasa yoga flow to follow along anytime during the day that works for you if you are not available to do it first thing in the morning. This flow will tone, stretch and strengthen the entire body (length 1:02:48).
