1. Join Ally Maz for this Lululemon 45 minute full body yoga flow class. Be prepared to get sweaty and work your core, legs, back and hips (length 44:59). 



2. Have you ever tried an Astanga yoga class? Laruga Glaser takes you through a beginner Astanga class starting with sun salutations and ending with a yoga pose sequence (length 21:27). 





3. Here is a total body strength Ladder yoga flow class with Brioghy Smyth. Ladder flow begins with two postures, steadily adding two movements per round (length 31:01).

We all have many things that we love in our lives. It may be something that we love to do or certain characteristics of ourselves or others that we admire.
