Other Yoga Activities

Guided Meditation is an excellent outlet to sit back, relax and just listen. Find a quiet and comfortable place in your house. It can even be on your bed. Either put your head phones on or just listen to your device play a calming and relaxing meditation. All you have to do is close your eyes and follow along. All guided meditations are around 10 minutes.

2. Are you stressed out and need a break? Consider listening to this meditation. For just 10 minutes you can be feeling a deep sense of relaxation and a break from whatever may be going on in your life right now.

3. Here is a mindfulness meditation that will have you feeling calm and relaxed by the end of it.
